The ground rules.

1. Agreement

By using this website or submitting a waitlist entry, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms are between you and DorSix Labs ("DorSix", "we", "us").

2. The waitlist and early access

• Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, a specific onboarding date, or any particular feature set.
• Cohorts are onboarded in an order we reasonably determine, balancing signup order with beta program needs.
• The private beta is provided free of charge, "as is", and may change, pause, or end without notice.
• Founding-member pricing applies to accounts that complete onboarding from a founding cohort, and locks the stated discount for the life of that account, subject to fair use and these terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website: no scraping at disruptive volume, no attempting to breach security, no submitting false information, no using the waitlist form for unlawful or unsolicited commercial purposes.

4. Your content and data

You keep ownership of any business data you later import into DorSix. During the beta, you grant us the limited right to process that data solely to provide the service to you. See the privacy policy for how personal data is handled.

5. Feedback

If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free right to use them to improve our products, without obligation or attribution.

6. Intellectual property

The DorSix name, wordmark, site design, and content are owned by DorSix Labs and protected by applicable law. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.

7. Disclaimers

The website and beta service are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific business outcomes. Nothing on this site constitutes financial, legal, or tax advice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DorSix Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or beta service. Our aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (which, during the free beta, may be zero).

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the beta or this website for violation of these terms. You may stop using the service and request removal of your data at any time.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.

11. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
