Your data, your rules.

This policy explains what we collect when you use this website or join the waitlist, why we collect it, and the control you have over it.

1. Who we are

DorSix Labs ("DorSix", "we", "us") operates this website and the DorSix commerce platform. For questions about this policy or your personal data, contact privacy@dorsix.com.

2. What we collect

  • Waitlist submissions: your email address, business type, and the page you signed up from.
  • Attribution data: campaign parameters (such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) and click identifiers (gclid, fbclid) attached to the link you arrived through. These tell us which campaign brought you here.
  • Usage data: pages visited, approximate region, device and browser type. Where analytics tools are active, we use cookie-free or privacy-respecting options wherever practical.
  • Communications: anything you send us by email or forms.

We do not collect payment information on this website. We never collect more than the stated purpose requires, and we do not sell your personal data.

3. Why we use it

  • To manage the early-access waitlist and contact you when your cohort opens.
  • To understand which campaigns and channels bring signups, so we can improve them.
  • To keep the website secure, prevent abuse, and comply with law.

4. Legal basis and consent

We process personal data on the basis of your consent (waitlist signup, marketing contact) and our legitimate interest (site security, aggregate analytics). Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP), you may withdraw consent at any time — withdrawal does not affect processing already completed.

5. Cookies and tracking

This website uses no advertising cookies by default. If we enable analytics or advertising pixels, they will load only from the providers configured by us, and this policy will be updated with the exact list. Campaign click identifiers (gclid/fbclid) are stored only in your browser's session storage and sent with your waitlist submission — they are not used to profile you across other sites.

6. Sharing

Personal data is shared only with service providers that help us operate (for example, email delivery and hosting), under contracts that restrict them to processing on our instructions. We may disclose data where required by law, court order, or government authority.

7. Retention

Waitlist data is kept until your account is activated or you ask us to remove it. Attribution and analytics data is kept in aggregate form and deleted or anonymized within 24 months.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including the DPDP Act), you can:

  • Ask what personal data we hold about you;
  • Request correction or completion of your data;
  • Request erasure of your data;
  • Withdraw consent for marketing at any time;
  • Nominate another individual to exercise your rights if you are unable to.

To exercise any right, email privacy@dorsix.com. We respond within 30 days.

9. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited to personnel who need it, and our infrastructure follows industry-standard hardening. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board as required by law.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy materially, we will update the date above and, where required, notify you directly.

11. Grievance officer

Under the DPDP Act, our grievance officer can be reached at grievance@dorsix.com. We aim to resolve grievances within 30 days.
